Initial Scoping Conversation
We discuss your organisation, the supports you deliver, your current systems, and what you are trying to achieve. There is no charge for this conversation.
Written Proposal with a Fixed Fee
You receive a written proposal setting out the scope of work and a single fixed fee. No work begins until the proposal is accepted in writing.
Delivery Against Agreed Scope
Work is delivered to the agreed scope. If additional requirements are identified during the engagement, these are discussed with you and confirmed in writing before any additional work proceeds. You are never invoiced for work that has not been agreed.
